EEG experiment on two different systems

Context
In this scenario, we acquired data for a long period of time. Some of the data was acquired with a Micromed system, some with a Brainamp system. The main challenge here is to merge these two data types and find a common pipeline.
Technology
This scenario uses EEG data from Micromed and Brainamp and behavioral data recorded with e-prime.
Pipeline
We load the data, add electrode locations from a template, dissociate conditions, reject artifacts and create evoked potentials.
