This app was created to convert .ctf files to .fif (see Datatype meeting 22.04.2021) and runs only on BL.
This app first converts the ctf file into a BIDS structure using bl2bids to get the correct names of the files. Then a BIDS directory is created using mne-bids and the raw file in ctf format is extracted from the BIDS structure and saved as fif.
