Here are the descriptions of Brainlife Apps and the improvements to add to them.
Existing Apps correspond mainly to Apps aiming at pre-processing MEG/EEG data (see Apps for the preprocessing pipeline), but some won’t be run inside this pipeline (see Apps computing metrics and Conversion Apps).
These Apps are written in MNE Python.
