Franco seems to be busy (after the meeting, he sent in the Slack that he would be available next week for the meeting), suggestion from Aina to meet Soichi and Brad.
I proposed with Maximilien the below workflow, and we suggested to start the new app with evoked/averaged data.
Aina proposed that we take into consideration the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS). Maximilien said it is OK to deal with it afterward as it will not affect the pipeline.
She also proposed adding an app to correct the event (before epoching), as some of the time we have time shifting between sending and receiving the triggers.
Guio proposed adding a normalization app after the averaging app.
I suggested ““after finishing the whole process”” to add a forward metrics app (like: sensitivity map, topography power, total information,…) and inverse metrics app (resolution matrix: DLE, SD,..) so that the users be able also to do evaluation analysis. I also suggested to add “afterword” the neural mass model so that the user can generate different type of brain activity (alpha, theta, beta, sleep, awake, anesthesia, …).
We did this meeting with one headphone shared between me and Maximilien, so please feel free to add comments that may be not mentioned above. This issue will be solved next time as I will have the laptop thanks to Nathlie, Laurent and Maximilien.
