From my Windows machine, when I enable the VPN, I can connect to my remote computer at work via ssh, and it works fine. So, Soichi asked me to enable my VPN and then connect to the remote. But to do so I need to run wsl --install
In my command prompt, I run:

and I was asked for my password, so the problem seems to be the firewall, and it was confirmed by Laurent H.
