• Cross talk file and fine calibration file are in BIDS, they are in the same folder as the .fif file (see https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/99-appendices/06-meg-file-formats.html#cross-talk-and-fine-calibration-files MEG BIDS)

  • Soichi added them in the meg/fif Brainlife datatype

• destination file not in BIDS, Soichi tentatively added it

  • maybe it would be better to enter directly the matrix in the destination parameter of mne.maxfilter rather than a .fif file.
