Version of MNE Python and other Python libraries used

The MNE Python community is very dynamic and so new releases of MNE happen frequently.

From January 2021 to May 2021, the MNE version used was the 0.22 (version installed on Brainlife Docker container). Since June 2021, the Apps use the 0.23 MNE version.

The MNE version used in the App is specified in the HTML reports produced by the App.

Apps run in the Brainlife life container brainlife/mne:0.23dev, from which we use the following Python libraries:

  • numpy: 1.20.2

  • pandas: 1.2.3

  • sns: 0.11.1

  • mne bids: 0.7

  • matplotlib: 3.4.1

The default values of the parameters of the Apps correspond to the default values specified in MNE Python 0.23.
