Create an HTML report
It’s important for the App users to be able to visualize their signals after the App was run.
At the moment four Apps return an HTML report:
app-bad-channels
app-maxwell-filter
app-notch-filter
app-temporal-filtering
The reports present several sections:
a description of the file being preprocessed
diagnostic plots for
app-bad-channels
(see https://mne.tools/stable/auto_tutorials/preprocessing/60_maxwell_filtering_sss.html#sphx-glr-auto-tutorials-preprocessing-60-maxwell-filtering-sss-py)plot signals in time and frequency domain
display the values of the parameters used to run the App and the MNE Python version used
On Brainlife, it is possible to directly display the HTML report in the interface: in the output section of the App, click on the eye to the right for the HTML datatype output
