compilation matlab + spm

1) create standalone matlab + spm

addpath( genpath( '/export/data/users/jeandidier.lemarecha/these/spm/spm12_r6732/spm12' ) );

spm_make_standalone

=> /export/data/users/jeandidier.lemarecha/these/spm/spm12_r6732/spm12/../spm_exec/run_spm12.sh

 

2) download MATLAB runtime

https://fr.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr.html

/export/data/users/jeandidier.lemarecha/these/MATLAB/script_to_compil/MCR_R2016b_glnxa64

./install

=> /export/data/users/jeandidier.lemarecha/these/MATLAB/script_to_compil/MCR_R2016b_glnxa64/MATLAB_Runtime

 

3)  lancer un script qui utilise spm

 /export/data/users/jeandidier.lemarecha/these/spm/spm12_r6732/spm12/../spm_exec/run_spm12.sh /export/data/users/jeandidier.lemarecha/these/MATLAB/script_to_compil/MCR_R2016b_glnxa64/MATLAB_Runtime/v91 script /export/data/users/jeandidier.lemarecha/these/MATLAB/script_to_compil/script_to_compile_spm_1.m

 

3) ou juste lancer spm

 /export/data/users/jeandidier.lemarecha/these/spm/spm12_r6732/spm12/../spm_exec/run_spm12.sh /export/data/users/jeandidier.lemarecha/these/MATLAB/script_to_compil/MCR_R2016b_glnxa64/MATLAB_Runtime/v91 eeg
