Where are my data?

When your experiment was setup, you chose an acronym for your experiment (for example PF_MOTEUR). This acronym will be used both for data storage and for some administrative tasks (like billing).

All your data are stored in a directory with name identical to your experiment acronym in upper case letters:

/network/lustre/iss01/cenir/analyse/meeg/YOUR_EXPIREMENT_ACRONYM

You can easily access this directory with the following shortcut:

$ manip YOUR_EXPERIMENT_ACRONYM

You (and the MEG/EEG staff) have read and write permissions (a brief explanation) inside this directory. By default, other users of CENIR do not have any access to this directory. This can be changed in aggreement with the staff. Please talk to your local adviser.

You are free to organize your data as you wish within the experiment folder, however we have a few recommendations described in this section.

Raw data backup

The raw data are backed up on dedicated secure storage on the day of recording. It may be restored from this place if you need it.
